Every transaction requires OTP or token, which isn't bad. Default transaction limit is too low, and to increase the limit requires token, which is also fine. What is criminal is charging over NGN2,500 to get/set up the FCMB online token app. It should be free. FCMB is one of the banks with the lowest interest rate on savings accounts, and you still want to charge setting up mobile token? Tell me, why should I continue banking with you?

Extremely Dissatisfied with FCMB Bank's Currency Conversion Rates I've had multiple disappointing experiences with FCMB Bank's currency conversion services. The latest incident involved a shocking conversion rate of €150 to ₦191,000, when the current market rate is approximately more than what they exchanged it to. This is not an isolated incident, as I've previously received significantly lower amounts than expected. I urge the bank to review & rectify their conversion rate. This is rubbish

Very worst app ever compared to other bank app..... I can log in to my account using chrome online banking and this app tells me wrong password and username in app....are they not just one username and password for online banking???? Pls get a sound app developer FCMB is better than this frustrating app. Even the web online banking self I can't transfer easily I can't transfer money only see ur balance other banks u will see send money easily beneficiary....pls upgrade we are entering new year!!!!
