Much better! I live off-grid, and we receive a plethora of packages. At first my packages wouldn't make it past Albuquerque and I had to schedule to pick-up. I put in a concern and my package was delivered. Shawn had superb customer service called after I put in a concern for my current package to make sure I receive this package and all others sent through them to my off-grid address. The app won't allow me to reset my password and track my package, so unable to manage tracking and delivery, so unable to receive package I've been waiting 5 days to receive...

Can't even login! This app is a joke! I try over and over using different verification methods, but it never sends the code out in time and when it actually sends it, the app is stuck in a loop with a circular thing in the middle of the screen spinning and spinning, so I have to close it and bring it back up, but the code is invalid then, so I have to start over but again, the app acts up yet again. It's a vicious time-wasting cycle. Uninstalling. Get your app together FedEx!!
