The only problem I had when I tried to log in it said that I wasn't eligible for an account, and the only reason I got this far this time was because I scanned the bar code on the box once it was delivered

The driver always delivers my packages at the wrong address. This is the third time passages have been left at another address and the last time I had to call the police in order to get my package

You cannot file or track claims about a shipment. The driver never visit the destination and customer cannot a complaint

Just like the delivery service, this app sucks It never works right and is probably run by idiots.
