FedEx used to be the best at delivering packages however this past year 95% of the time, the delivery driver literally throws my packages at my front door as seen on my ring camera. The delivery driver does not even bother to walk up all the stairs and read the sign that request packages be placed where I have left instructions, so they do not get stolen. The app is pretty good I just wish that they would get dependable delivery drivers.

The only thing more disappointing than getting a shipping notification and seeing FedEx is this app. Now it hijacks tracking links, makes you log in, then hangs and takes forever to load. And honestly why are you checking the tracking anyway, the package never comes in the time window given, maybe the day.
