Better off using any delivery service other than FedEx. Zero customer service zero updates, one day your package is due to be delivered, days later you find out without any updates its in Texas.

FedEx has to be the worst company on earth. Neither website nor app will let me set up my address for deliveries and the drivers won't leave my packages even with a physical signature left on their door tags. I cringe when I see FedEx on shipping notices.

This app never works. I have to exit and reopen app several times before it actually works, and it never shows I have packages coming in even though I do. I have medication that comes in every 8 weeks, and it has to be in 65 to 75 degrees dry environment, or it starts to degrade. So since the app doesn't work IDK when it comes in, so then it just sits at front door in heat in the 90s. Unfortunately the sender for my medication will only send through FedEx. Please fix this garbage app!
