Awful app for awful company. FedEx pretends it's a delivery company, but it's actually an inconvenience company that will get your package close but has trouble getting it all the way to an address. Updates are full of lies. Signatures are randomly required, but one cannot just sign and leave the slip for delivery. App crashes all the time. It sucks all the way around.

App keeps crashing and slowing down my phone, options are very limited for deliveries and instructions, get some dedicated app devs and stop cheaping out
