Feedcast: Solunar Hunt & Fish

Know when deer move and fish bite — at every spot you hunt or fish, for any day ahead.

Feedcast calculates solunar feed times from the position of the moon and sun: two major windows (moon overhead and underfoot) and two minor windows (moonrise and moonset) each day. Windows that overlap sunrise or sunset, and days near the full or new moon, rate higher.

EVERY DAY AHEAD
• A 24-hour timeline of today's major and minor windows, with a live "next window in 1h 20m" countdown
• Swipe to any past or future day — next week, next month, opening day
• A month calendar with a rating for every day and the best days picked out for you
• Sunrise, sunset, moonrise, moonset, moon phase and days until the full and new moon

YOUR SPOTS
• Use your approximate location, search a lake, town or park, or type coordinates
• Save as many stands, creeks and lakes as you like and switch with one tap

IS IT ACCURATE AT YOUR SPOT?
Log every sighting, catch, harvest or trail-cam photo in two taps — the time is filled in for you. Feedcast checks each log against the predicted windows and shows your own hit rate, so you can see how well the moon times match the animals where you are.

HUNTING OR FISHING
Pick a mode for the wording and icons: "feed" times for hunting, "bite" times for fishing.

WIDGET AND DAILY OUTLOOK
• Home-screen widget with today's rating, the next window and a one-tap "Log now"
• A morning note with today's next major window and an evening note for tomorrow

WORKS OFFLINE
All feed times are calculated on your phone from moon and sun positions. Feedcast does not include weather or tides, and it does not need an account.

Predictions are a planning tool, not a promise — log what you see and let your own data tell you when to go.
