ANC/AWARENESS mode switching between doesn't work!!! And the "Feel audio" button takes you to a website you bought the headphones from instead of the marketed "Super hearing" mode switches and all the anc and other switches so that you cannot switch between the modes in any way when the touch buttons from the headphones do not work. Do not buy Feel headphones before they fix their app!! Even chinese headphones work better and have better app control.

Great headset, the app just doesn't work - can't get the thing to connect at all. I've been using the headset for a month now, so obviously I know that it's connected to my phone, just not to the app. Also, the support page gives a 404 error, and the Danish website looks auto translated. If this is fixed, I'll of course update/remove my review. *edit: even after the new update, this did not work

the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
