It is good. Sometimes text is not forwarded during transport. Receipt printed can not be verified since it doesn't have reference number (receipt number). If someone tries to validate the transport receipt for refund, there is no option.

This app is compromised and has a bug. I think Google play should ban it as it is costing us money as the operators are changing the rate of ride and coating as more it is not secure we have told many times the operators but still the issue is not solved.

It would be nice if has location pin options (to select the exact location we want to go) like other meter taxi apps, we are forced to select from available known landmarks and some drivers are unwilling to go further from the exact location we mention.

Poor Safety Standards. Very Disappointing Experience I had a really uncomfortable and unsafe experience using the Feres app. From the airport to my destination, every driver I was matched with asked me for extra money and even suggested adding other passengers to share the ride. This happened in the middle of the night, and I felt extremely unsafe and pressured. I called and reported the issue, and also contacted support through the app, but I never received any response.
