★★☆☆☆ Bought Fermat Wi-Fi earlier this month and so far haven't been able to receive any call on mobile. App still not working as of today.

I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, changed the country on my account, added a Portugal-based payment card… nothing works. What’s the point of building a good app if customers who want to pay can’t give you their money? Please add a proper web-based payment option instead of relying only on the app store. I genuinely want to pay for Premium—stop making it impossible!

★★☆☆☆ Painfully buggy! Besides this app, the home system needs to be restarted once a month (you need to rip the monitor off the wall!). Often you cannot open remotely (isn't this the whole point of this app?), then you'll get ambiguous error messages like "Error sending Auto On command" (??) Even if the app works it lags 10–15 seconds until you'll get the call to your phone :(Even contacting support does not work!! (Settings - General - My Account - Contact Fermat - ERROR!)
