Pros & Cons

Niche focus on wine and mead fermentation yields highly relevant batch tracking and calculations.
Automatic OG/Brix and ABV calculations streamline analytics.
Timeline-based planning and visual charts support professional-style fermentation management.
Notes, photos, and documentation enhance traceability and quality control.

Lacks clear emphasis on cloud-based syncing or subscription models often highlighted by competitors.
More generic beverage features (e.g., beer, cider, recipes) aren’t advertised, suggesting a narrower scope relative to broader-app ecosystems.
May benefit from broader data-saving or recipe-sharing features common in competing apps.

I found that useful as a beginner, something like cellar page would be useful. Following how many bottles exists after a batch finalized might be useful

As someone new, really enjoyed the app! Easy to use, though I would love the screen to be resized a bit better for my fold 5. I would also love a way to recreate a recipe I've done before and simply have it add the exact length of phases as before. For example, a week after I begin to ferment, I should have a check in, 30 days later to rack, etc. It should copy the exact steps I've done in the past. This would be a great quality of life update, unless it's already on there, and I'm not finding it!

Basically a perfect winemaking log app. 10/10

Having used this now to track 4 meads and a cider I have brewed, I can honestly say I love using it. Most of it is very self-explanatory, although adding ingredients can be a little tricky having to work out the sugar percentage on your own as there is no list I could see while offline. The tracking of SG is great though to see just how quick or slow your fermentation is going. Being able to add pictures and notes to the timeliness has been very helpful when looking back to see changes.

The application is VERY basic. It lacks a LOT of options. Like the ingredients, it defaults to certain values, but does not make it easy to add other ingredients. Example - you start a batch of ginger beer, it will add in the ginger & set certain values for it. But if you want to add another ingredient it starts it as ginger with the ginger values, meaning that you have to remember to change all the values. & there is nowhere to record the pH. It is lacking the basics of brewing.

This was a great app. Unfortunately the developer decided to add an LLM integration, and worse, coded the UI such that a button to use it is present in batch data pages, albeit translucent if you don't log in (which makes pressing said button prompt you to do so). The LLM alone is bad enough to see, but that UI decision is atrocious. EDIT: The developer has removed the offending UI element, however the pointless and wasteful LLM integration remains, so my opinion isn't changed much.
