Festival

Festival is the official companion app for Festival, a Spanish course book series for primary school children published by Eradil. The digital content of both books is in one app. The app is designed to be used together with the printed Festival books.

Show a page of the book to the camera: the app recognizes the page and opens its video, its audio activity and its word cards. If the camera is not available, you can open any page by its number.

GAMES THAT FOLLOW THE LESSON

Games are organized by unit, so children practice the words of the unit they are learning in class.

• Busca la imagen: read the word and find the picture
• Busca la palabra: look at the picture and choose the word
• Escucha bien: listen to the word and tap the picture
• Memoria: find matching picture and word pairs
• Letras: spell the word letter by letter
• el / la: practice the articles
• Globos: listen and pop the right balloon
• El tren de palabras: put the letters on the train
• Sombras: match the picture to its shadow

A SPANISH INTERFACE

All buttons and instructions in the app are in simple Spanish, so children see and hear the language of the book in the app as well.

ARTICLES IN COLOR

"el" in blue, "la" in red. Word cards and games use the same colors, so the article is remembered together with the word.

FOR PARENTS AND TEACHERS

• No account or sign-in.
• No personal data is collected from children.
• No ads and no in-app purchases.
• The camera image is only used to recognize the page and is never stored.
• New content arrives without an app update.

Festival is free during the 2026/27 school year.
