I made an account, paid for the upgraded version and within a few days of upgrading I'm temporarily banned for allegedly "violating" the terms of service in a way that I would NEVER do. It has been quickly corrected, however should not have happened in the first place. Allowing "false" reporting and banning before moderating, breads a toxic environment. Update: I think It's gotten better, however very odd choices of censorship on words that shouldn't be taboo. And no meaningful warnings.

Needs a subscription which im against. I shouldn't have to pay to not be lonely. Making money off of people that just want to find love isn't something you should be doing. I get that you need to make money to maintain the app, but basic features are locked behind a paywall preventing that. Greedy.

Literally have endless messages even though they are members, and I'm not so since I don't get the profile, you're basically wasting paying members money and time on profiles that can't even know who they are. That is one of the signs of a money problem right off the rip. You are going against basic social ideologies. You have deceptive practices. This is why you put the highest price membership first instead of the lower price membership. That makes you the most money. That's your problem.
