Scam App. They cancelled my event ticket & then FORCED me to download the app because it holds your replacement ticket hostage rather than letting me use desktop.

SCAM SCAM SCAM Please read before downloading or buying from this fraudulent company. Bought tickets for the Titanic exhibit in Los Angeles and have been rescheduled twice. Only to find out the exhibit has been closed for months thanks to yelp reviews. And their Better Business Bureau page has many complaints from customers like myself. I don't want a voucher or credit in return, I want a full refund. And STOP selling tickets to an exhibit that has been already closed.

The app is OK, but I wouldn't use it again to buy concert tickets as you don't actually get an ticket or PDF to allow you to resell if you need to. You get offered fever up credit with limited options to use it on.
