★★☆☆☆ Can't do mobile deposit of checks that came in mail as a post-card style (with shipping label on the back of the check) says that the back photo is actually a front photo. I get that it's trying to be smart, but there should be a checkbox for "no really the photo is correct trust me a human will figure it out"

★★☆☆☆ App always seems to become unavailable and results in log in issues around 2am, which means there is NOT 24/7 access.

★★☆☆☆ Really like this app & it worked great before the update, but the most recent update disabled the storage of my login password and fingerprint. Now I have to input my password every time I try to log in. Opened the app settings and tried to re-authenticate my fingerprint, but it will not save and keeps asking for my password.

★★☆☆☆ App has not worked in close to a month. Every time I open it I get a message that says "Service is temporarily unavailable. Please reboot your device and try again." This has been happening despite multiple reboots, clearing the app data and cache, and even uninstalling and reinstalling. Very unhappy.
