One word to describe this app - HORRENDOUS. On submitting diagnosis, had to submit 5 diagnosis even though I had only 1 diagnosis to submit. After filling up everything couldn't even submit claim. App kept flagging UNABLE TO SUBMIT CLAIM. Fix this Fullerton!!

Oct 2021: Cannot submit claims. Kept getting a 'end of character 0....' message. Please fix ASAP! Jun 2023: Keeps seeing blank screen after OTP authentication when try to submit a new claim. Please fix ASAP!

Telemedicine appointment was missed. Faulty app Despite logging in ahead of schedule, I never got a call, and the app later indicated that the appointment had been missed. I notified WhatsApp support, but they didn't ask to rebook the appointment until after the appointment time had passed.

The app just kept crashing whenever I tried to connect to my video call with a doctor. I gave up on telemedicine at the end.
