I used this app with my Honor 9 x lite and got a clear reading every time. It confirmed an issue my GP was concerned about, and I'm waiting to see cardiologist now. I have now changed phone to Honor 90 smart and now can barely get a reading, I'm so gutted because I was paying full subscription with my other phone but had to downgrade now as I'm just not getting a reading. Not the app fault, it just doesn't work well with this phone, unfortunately.

It works fine, for finding fibrillation. Biggest issue with program, is that if your pulse drops below 40bpm, it detects this as 'lost signal', which means you have to do it over again. Only way to protecting against this, if you have this low pulse in afib mode, or outside it, is to actively move you around to prevent it drops too low. This is quite hard to do in afib mode... So please fix this! Another issue: Export to PDF result in an empty file, that reads, 'export to PDF'. Emailed support.
