Didn't get my deposit money back. During connection, I have been paid of rs 2000/-. 500 for router and 150p for security deposit. I have calling to your call center for the same, but they told me to visit office with a valid request letter. Do I need to do all this. But while taking connection only one phone call was sufficient but for refund my money I will to run their office. Will suggest all to not use this service. Pathetic service and high rate.

They lock the account and ask us to wait for 24 hours to get it unlocked. But it been longer than that with no resolution and no internet connection. The subscription has been bought with no service. The contact number is invalid now.
