Taking a picture of the check is a big pain it takes 7 to 10 times before it will finally accept a picture. Mill bury Savings Bank has a very easy app for depositing checks. I am seriously considering closing my account with Fidelity and going all with Mill bury Savings Bank despite having been at Fidelity formerly cooperative for almost 50 years

Check depositing is suddenly more difficult. Keep getting errors when trying to use mobile deposit for checks because of perforated edges on checks. Won't accept override even though picture looks fine. I had to carefully cut of all perforated edges just to deposit a check. Frustrating!

My other banks transactions were completed in a timely fashion. I scheduled payment for next day, and it was paid next day and amount removed from account right when it was paid. Fidelity has a long delay. It said bill was paid one day and then 2 or 3 days later the bill is indeed paid and money comes out. Why on earth is there such a delay. And how can one balance their checkbook with this delay? Very dissatisfied with the bill pay portion of your app.
