It is a handy way to keep track of your membership cards, discount cards, etc. Not 5 stars because I would love a version where I do not feel like my purchases are being tracked and monitored and sold. But that would be in a different universe, so I don't blame FIDE.

App can't capture a qr/barcode from a photo (or screenshot of app with virtual loyalty card). When you input the card number manually in some cases app doesn't generate qr code automatically, still displaying digits.

I'm sorry, but I really despise apps/websites that assume a user is French speaking because they live in Belgium. This is lazy programming and/or a lack of the most basic research. You will find that Belgium has three official languages (spoiler alert: main one isn't French). But as my system language is set to English, I expect my application to show up in English! For the most part this is the case in FIDE, but there are a great deal of elements displayed in French, which is unacceptable to me.

App opens on galaxy active 2 watch, it shows the opening screen. No cards or barcodes are showing I have the cards in Samsung pay I need them on my watch

Not update the cards when you want. After three times in GDO without having the card I will change App

I'm using FIDE since 2013, always loved the app. But since a few months I'm unable to open loyalty cards in the stores with very bad internet reception. Work around: enabling plane mode. @Fidme team, fix this, or I won't be a customer for 10 years. I already wrote the customer support, but the issue is still not fixed after 2,5 months.
