We have been using Field Edge as our field software for years. We love the user-friendliness of the app. It is very easy to navigate. There are many features that enable smooth sailing. In addition, I would like to commend Richard Mango, Field edge representative, for being extremely helpful in troubleshooting the one time we had an issue with our password resetting. He is very knowledgeable, very helpful, and the most valuable asset to their team. Thanks again, Mr. Mango.

I have used Field edge for several years with my HVAC business. It was very useful in keeping track of customers and their equipment as well as billing and service agreements. They were making improvements to the system pretty frequently. Whenever I had a question, I could always chat immediately with a person who is able to give me help. I also had responsive account managers that would meet with me regularly. I would recommend Field edge.

Started with PPP (Picture Perfect Pricing), then went over to Service Titan for ~3 years. Switched to FE recently to save money, but the tech field app design and performance is subpar at best. Issues with sync times, selection responsiveness, and the general setup and workflow/feature location is just bad. Feels like an early beta, or an amateur programming project from the technician's side. That being said, there is potential, a lot of customization is available. Needs more qc and testing.

I have changed my review from a two-star to a one star because somehow this app sucks even more now. I don't know if you all sold out to somebody or something, but it is complete garbage. The app keeps shutting down and failing. It won't hold signatures when I get people to sign. I have problems uploading photo sometimes. The app crashes on me at least five times a day. I think I will talk the business that I work for into going with service Titan or something. Way better than this if you can't fix
