★★☆☆☆ The management of the company where I work decided that we have to use this a couple of months ago. Since then, I feel the urge, a few times a day, to smash my work phone with a hammer and then set it on fire (just in case...) There are drops down menu buttons that disappear then decide to reappear after a while. In the job notes it doubles the first letter of the words usually or if you delete back because you misspelled something, it it will double the part of the word that wasn't deleted. If you decide to fight the frustration and continue writing, then you get to the top of the virtual keyboard and the rest of the text will be hidden behind it, no auto or manual scroll. The tasks are grouped into sections where you have to tick boxes or input some data (text). If you make a phone call (part of the job) or send a text message (also part of the job) the app will sign out most of the time and after writing the pasword in (for the 100th time by 11am), you will discover that the whole section is lost, and you can start ticking boxes and wrestling with the text editor again. Which, btw, only accepts the letters from the English alphabet, but no apostrophe, slash, hyphen, etc. It's like this app was made by a 12-year-old who has just started to discover programming, but the project didn't even get to the beta stage... This app would probably cripple Chuck Norris. Update: Today I found another bug. It mixed up the phone numbers from different jobs. It lasted about an hour, then it recovered. Luckily I made some screenshots in time. I probably need to mention that I'm using Samsung Galaxy Cover 3 with Android 5.1.1.
