"FieldTrak" Technology Solution is the property of Hitachi Payments Services (HPY) and is used for facilitating field service effectiveness and onsite service management. FieldTrak enables allocation of multiple tasks to the HPY field team and allows the operational team to track status of service performance. The app has an active location service feature allowing effective route management. FieldTrak additionally supports the field service team to claim expenses based on corporate Travel & Expenses Policy. The app also boasts offline capability that ensure seamless operations even in remotely connected areas.

While using in vivoy21t mobile pic comes blurry not able to fill report with proper image. As per mobile service center problem occurring due to ft application. If possible rectify this issue. Otherwise, application better than old version.

FT Issues To Be Fixed For Vendors Supervisor / Housekeepers Visit 1) One Time Login For 24*7 = 365 Days To Avoid User Block Issue. 2) Travel Expenses Option To Be Removed For Vendors HK & Supervisor. Which Is Too Hard To Our Housekeepers 3) Remove All Questions As Our Housekeepers Are Non Educated. 4) Only Photography Menu Should Be Appeared In All Types Ad hoc Visit 5) Signature Menu Should Be Removed In All Types Ad hoc Visit. 6) Hindi Marathi Language Should Be Added For Smooth Operation.
