My company use this app for our pest control business. Has tons of options. All techs should use it to see daily jobs and do reports. I like it. If I have my own business, I'm gonna use it. One option I couldn't find it in this app is zoming in & out or edit font size, I've to use magnifier to read it clearly. If option is available, I'd give it 5 stars. Thnx

Can't say enough about the quality of the program and the customer service. Beau and Erin are the Best!!

Easy to use but buggy. After selecting capture signature it will make me wait up to 2 minutes before it will allow anyone to sign, I have to remember to get it going ahead of time or awkwardly make the customer wait. Above cancel button on the capture signature screen it will change from "Signature" to "Customer Signature" and then you can sign but it sometimes takes forever or it wont work at all. Needs to be fixed stat so I dont have customers disputing charges.

Cannot print a service report without internet! I specifically asked Beau about this as I service customers in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains where there is no cell service. It is impossible to email so printing out a report is the only option. Wasted my time setting this up and entering the materials data.
