I purchased my Field in January and just a couple of days ago the microphone stopped working. I tried everything to get it working again, but it wouldn't work. I contacted support, they promptly determined that it was a warranty and replaced it with zero hassle. Would recommend.

This is a great toll for lectures and meetings or everyday conversations then at the end if my day I read the detailed summaries of the main intentions of each conversation and or meeting.

It is nice when it will connect. If it gets disconnected it occasionally has trouble reconnecting. Does not hold a charge as long as they say it does. More recently, the app won't even open and if you uninstall and reinstall you lose everything.

Subscriptions where pages and pages down the ap. didn't know until I had the device you had to have a subscription... used my yearly minutes in 2 weeks now they want a lot more again. Very deceiving marketing

In order to use the device, you need to lug your phone around with you to turn on the app and start recording, then turn on the Field device to record the memo, turn off the device, stop the recording, and close the app. I thought I would be able to record memos, and then sync them with the phone when I had both devices on me. It's not worth it. And their support are clueless. Save your money and purchase an AI app on your phone for 1/10th the price, or use the free Google Assistant.
