This is a great toll for lectures and meetings or everyday conversations then at the end if my day I read the detailed summaries of the main intentions of each conversation and or meeting.

I purchased my Field in January and just a couple of days ago the microphone stopped working. I tried everything to get it working again, but it wouldn't work. I contacted support, they promptly determined that it was a warranty and replaced it with zero hassle. Would recommend.

So far so good. I really like the fact that it integrates with other AI. The fact that I can tie it to my Google, and it can do all my emails and plan my tasks. I'm going to let this thing record me all day long. So I don't forget a thing ever again. After having cancer, chemo brain is a real thing.

Never would I think an AI tool could be so helpful. I have so many different field meetings and job site encounters with important information it was hard trying to keep in all in track. Now with a quick summary at the end of the day I have everything of important information right there

In order to use the device, you need to lug your phone around with you to turn on the app and start recording, then turn on the Field device to record the memo, turn off the device, stop the recording, and close the app. I thought I would be able to record memos, and then sync them with the phone when I had both devices on me. It's not worth it. And their support are clueless. Save your money and purchase an AI app on your phone for 1/10th the price, or use the free Google Assistant.

Field AI is a scam. I have been chatting with three different people from their "live support." there is no live support it's just someone sending an email and then responding to yours sometimes but more often than not they don't respond at all, and when they did respond it was hours later they just asked for screenshots and ask the same questions over and over again, and then they just stopped before they ever get you any help. They have even created hundreds of fake reviews too
