The app doesn't cast to TV, doesn't link up with others, doesn't collect points, doesn't connect to our tracking devices. The only good thing are the trainers and videos! Even the feedback form doesn't work!

The classes are great, and I was really excited about everything this app has to offer. I won't be continuing my subscription however because there is no option to stream the classes without a Wi-Fi connection. The signal at my gym can be weak therefore I cannot do any of the classes. Also frustrating that you cant skip to specific parts of a class once you've quit it - the app collapsed, and I couldn't do the class I was halfway through. Very disappointed as I desperately want to continue.

Frustrating Cancellation Process - Feels Like a Trick! Absolutely ridiculous cancellation process. I signed up on your website, so why can't I cancel on the website? It's one of those infuriating tricks where you make users jump through hoops, hoping they'll forget to cancel. Even worse, the app doesn't even allow cancellation! This is incredibly user-unfriendly and feels designed to prevent people from leaving. Sort it out.

It was like going back to the 80s in a bad way. Awful music, bad neon lights, and forced over enthusiastic coaches shouting away (even during restorative yoga). Possibly the worst fitness app out there.
