Like everyone else, I had trouble getting this to work in transferring filed from my watch to my phone. Another reviewer mentioned restarting the app; so I restarted my watch & phone once or twice, and then restarted the app on the watch once or twice, then it started working. When it actually transfers files, they zip over pretty fast. So, I'll give 4 stars for the frustration and uncertainty that this will work reliably.

Waste of time. Downloaded, opened, permissions given, apparent and watch restarted. Nothing. Won't allow me to alter any files or send them to GW4 classic. Getting uninstalled

Doesn't work on Galaxy Note 10+ app immediately crashes upon opening after allowing permissions. No errors pop up at all.

Well that was a waste of time. Does nothing except display a msg...to open the app....which then dismays that msg. Doh?
