To create a filet crochet pattern, select Create a Filet Crochet pattern button. The filet crochet pattern editor will appear. Fill in the squares or select a special stitch to add to your filet crochet pattern.
You also can select from over 400 stamps, inserts and borders to apply to your filet crochet pattern.

I haven't used this yet, but for the complainers: Read the description. One of the first things it states is that it's free to download, you get 4 patterns then you have to pay $2.99 for more.

Misleading not free to download, but you can't actually create your own pattern without purchase.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD, very misleadingly, you have to pay to actually design your own pattern for a start, and when you have paid it is basically unusable, you zoom in, so you can get to the grid squares, and then you zoom back out and its gone, so I tried a smaller patch and saved it, and it says it automatically makes the written pattern, but instead it shows one of the stamps patterns that they have provided already which has nothing to do with the pattern you make, also can't get a refund 😡
