This is an experimental layout created based on available data on finger reach and accessibility and a Thaana character frequency analysis of a large body of Dhivehi documents. The layout places all the "fili" on a separate row at the top for ease of access and keys are laid out to make most frequently used characters easy available within the path of the thumb.

Should be the standard in Thaana The current PC keyboard input is what's making Thaana difficult and almost near impossible to master. This on the other hand within a few mins I have it in as fast as I type in English keyboard.
