Filmbib er en distribusjonsportal for innkjøpsordningen for kort- og dokumentarfilm.
Ordningen administreres av Norsk filminstitutt på oppdrag fra kulturdepartementet og er opprettet for å gi et norsk publikumtilgang til norsk kort- og dokumentarfilm via biblioteket.

Et uavhengig utvalg vurderer hvilke filmer som inngår i ordningen.
Utvalget er basert på nominasjon fra norsk filmforbund, Norske film- , TV- og spillprodusenters forening, Norske Dramatikers Forbund og Norske Filmregissører. Utvalget oppnevnes for to år av gangen.

Cannot log in at my tablet. When I enter my credentials and press 'Logg inn' I get an error that says "White label does not exist". I can log in to the website from the browser, but I cannot watch the films from the mobile site. Please fix your app. Currently, it is not usable.

App keeps crashing when searching for titles. If you try to cast via Chromecast app keeps crashing and only loads first 2 seconds of the movie. With the current state app is useless on Android, app player in web browser also struggles with Chromecast
