Worst app, credit card went thru on app but booking din.. Then second trial on website cant even let us book... Third time is definitely not a charm, after 4 hours the show times on app is still loading...

Bad experience. Tried twice on different occasions. Booked one at for Bugis and and another one Kallang. First time, both credit card and booking did not go through but on the Apps inform me it's done. Second time, credit card transaction went through but booking did not go through. Apps also inform me go through. Filmgarde did refund me through credit card. . But had to buy tickets on the spot for seatings that are no good.
