i just bought a new phone and after i installed this game and connect to my acc and go to the "server which my character is saved"(27 gilgamesh) i found out that my acc disappeared and i have my proof in my FB acc that i have an acc there. please fix this because of this experience i think this game now sucks.

today's update April 23 2019, after update my lvl 106 character gone and it start from lvl 1 again u guys cheat us. zero star to this game full day update then character loss don't download this game. hello in game ur customer service not reply time start now who reply here focus on that, if reply in 24 hours or not, today 24 April 2019 after 30 hours still not any reply very very very poor customer support service. today 29 April, they are not reply why they delete more then 50 players 100 plus
