Comments on FINAL FANTASY PORTAL APP for Android

★★★★★ Beowulf Walker · Oct 4, 2026

A nice app to keep up with news, interviews, and game sales. The wallpaper rewards were a nice touch. Mainly got this because Square Enix hasn't been updating the news on their U.S. site as of late. Seems I'm late to the party because I've missed Triple Triad, and now the app is being discontinued. I've bookmarked the FF Portal website in my browser, but now I'm wondering why they don't just make it the main page on their Square Enix site? Why have so many different websites?

It would be nice to have triple triad outside the Final Fantasy portal. In other words, triple triad as a game and Final Fantasy portal as a shop to buy other games.

★★★★☆ Ronald Lauts · Dec 27, 2023

I used to play it all the time for the Triple Triad, but at this point I would much rather just have a standalone triple Triad. I don't think you guys realize how much you are losing by not having one. You would get an incredible turnout for a triple triad without stamina, and maybe a broader range. If you did make one I would include all the ff14 cards and all the cards you had on here as well as cards for other Final Fantasy games that didn't have cards originally and the newer ones.

Pressing push notifications only opens the app. They don't take you to the article. FFXV Pocket Edition from Windows 10 store has probably never been on sale or at least not for many years. Only the console "HD" versions go on sale all the time. Windows version is always excluded from sales notifications and from sales. Please add it to future sales (it is bought from within game). Regular Square Enix customer support does not have contact with sales team nor could help with this, while X ignore.

★☆☆☆☆ Mila “Mel” Quinn · Oct 22, 2025

Deleting Triple Triad is the most unhinged self-destructive thing Square could have possibly done. There's almost no point in using this app except for very specific FF news updates.

★☆☆☆☆ Hardi Ahin · Sep 11, 2023

So Square Enix hate SEA, since they not even including SEA as Global couple time already. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
