Finance Buddy makes it easy to track, your goals, transactions, bills, portfolio and more. Your data syncs across devices, with the capability to work seamlessly offline. The app is designed to be small but still giving you many of the features you need to become a personal finance champion.

Budgets
Easily make budgets which you can visualize through charts. You can categorize each budget item to better see whether your money is going into expenses or savings and investments. This is also ideal for making shopping lists which can check as you buy. You can share budgets with other users.

Debts
The app allows you to track your debts divided in once-off, instalment type and amortized debts. Add payments to a debt and the balance will be automatically calculated for you. You can also add interest with the click of a button if you have indicated the interest for instalment debts. And after finally paying it off, check off the debt as paid.

Accounts
Knowing how your money is spent is important in getting a handle on your finance. Track all transactions for each of the accounts you have including the piggy bank. You can also create account in different currencies. You can visualize your expenses with a chart that tracks 24 different categories to see how you were spending your money.

Income
Track your income under regular and once-off categories. Create a budget for expected income. As you add budget item, the remaining balance will be automatically calculated. Also when you check items, the amount spent from that budget is also calculated. You can also see a pie chart, showing items taking 5% or more of the budget. There is also a chart, that based on your categorization shows, how much of the budget went to expenses, investments or savings. You can share income budgets with other users.

Goals
Having financial goals is important when you want to achieve your financial independence. You can track your goals 8 categories and also use different currencies for each goal. You can share goals with other users.

Summary
This section of the app summaries all your budgets, expenses, savings, goals and accounts in one place using easy to read charts.

Portfolio
- Track your cash. Uses information from your accounts
- Crypto: Track all your crypto assets to see the return on your investment. You will see current price, return on investment, current value and number coins|tokens you hold for each coin|token you hold. You can click on each coin to see all your transactions for that coin including, buy, sell and transfers. This portfolio tracker takes into account fees, and you can optionally add cost in terms of both your local currency and exchange currency. You can also see a pie chart or growth chart of your holdings and many other features.

Calculators
Easily and quickly calculate using the compound, loan and appreciation.

Bills
Track all your bills. Mark each bill as paid and the app will show the next pay date. You can also see how much you have spent on that bill for a particular period.

Blog
Get finance articles to shore up your financial knowledge right in the app.

Notifications and Alerts
- Receive a notifications when others share with you
- Receive notification for bill, debt, goal deadlines and paydays

Share
You can share budgets, income budgets and goals with other users of the app. NB: This allows those users to edit, delete, and add items to shared content.

Preferences
- Choose from 5 different accents colours. Green by default
- Choose between light or dark mode. Matches system settings by default
- Lock the app using biometrics. Off by default
- Select preferred currency by selecting country. $USD by default. Currency selection applied across the app but you can choose other currencies in Accounts, Goals, Portfolio and Bills.
- Turn app sounds on or off (default)
