★★☆☆☆ Balloon Payment I downloaded this app because it says it has a balloon payment function. But if you go to that function it just does not. It has original balance, interest rate, number payments made, and then a value... And the value is incorrect because the app did not ask: what is the amortization rate; and then at what year do you want a balloon payment calculated?! Options are deficient to obtain the desired result.
