Random Logouts/Fingerprint not working *Fix* Something I have been experiencing, and others as well, is the random logouts on the app. Here is the fix (Android): Go to your "App Info" and scroll down to "Unused App Settings" and the setting "Pause App Activity is Unused." Turn this setting OFF. I realized this is a newer function now with the recent android settings giving users more control. Once I turned this off, I have been able to come back to the app no problem! Hope it helps you all!

Check my statement right from this app for both of my accounts. This app is very easy to use for someone that doesn't know much about computer's. Fingerprint reader stopped working for whatever reason and the mobile check deposit does not work anymore either. Try to take a picture and will not upload...just freezes and only allows you to go back to the deposit screen.

New app rollout blows. Doesn't accept known good username and password. Lame. Nothing was wrong with the old app. **Update: finally fot logged in after playing phone tag with support. The bill pay part of the new app is awful as well. It takes way too many clicks to pay a single bill, so it takes much longer to do bill pay than the old app. Very clunky. The *only* positive of this new app is the fingerprint login.
