Why does the memo description entry not show on all transfers and Bill pays, on all texts and emails. No feedback on questions why. You never ask what you can do to make the text and emails more user-friendly.

I had to update this review, I cannot stand the new update. It is no longer user-friendly in any way. In every way, it is worse! This was written in 2018. Very user-friendly, use almost daily.

I restarted my phone two times, turned my Wi-Fi on and off, and I uninstalled and reinstalled it, yet it refuses to show me anything, and it'll kick me off of the app for no reason. It'll just give me a blank, loading screen yet nothing is even loading then it says that the service request is unavailable.
