Biggest issue is not being able to make a mobile deposit. There is frequently a problem with the taking the picture of the back check. It doesn' t process!! Ugh. Been doing for days. It takes the picture & stops there. Front picture works fine.

Insecure! This app hasn't been updated in almost 3 years?! This is completely unacceptable for a banking application. No security fixes? A terrible looking UI. But the worst part is that the password field DOESN'T HIDE THE CHARACTERS! Anyone could glance at your phone while you're typing your password and easily obtain it. Seriously, the negligence is unacceptable.

Lucky if it works 10% off the time Almost never works. First couple weeks i tried to connect probably 20 times only worked about ten times. Last couple months tho out of the probably 30times of tried it connected 7-8 times during the next couple weeks. Hasn't connected in the last 6 week's 40+attempts. Their online site was down as well as their atm. Finacial plus, you were great as a small business but you're getting too big for your britches.

Since upgrading to Android 8.0.0 (Oreo) I can not transfer funds. Please fix ASAP. Additionally, when everything is working this app is below par. All you can do is check your balances, review transactions, and (when it's working) transfer funds from one account to another.

Banking app. Couldn't ever sign into my acct. I know my info is correct. Just the mobile app doesn't work for me. Don't know why but makes me hate it.
