A one star rating might not be fair because the app does function well enough, but the last update killed everything that was good about the previous version. I'm so sick of companies always updating their systems and breaking more things than they fix. I have several accounts that are linked to others in my family. Transferring money without worry is impossible now because the accounts are not named. So not only can I not see WHO I'm transferring to, but I can't even tell which account it's going in (savings, loan, checking). If you're familiar with how FPCU labels their accounts, it's possible to make an educated guess, but nothing about transferring money should be a guess. There was no reason to change the listing style and now it is mostly useless. I, and several other members I know have made a complaint and it's been months with no resolution. It's incredibly frustrating.
