★★★★★ I love this app. It really helps me with my self-care and self-help. Plus the app is cute too! I do have a recommendation. I noticed that now we have mail and this mail gives us news on updates and stuff. My recommendation is that you could write to friends on the app. This also helps with a few of the quests you can do where you can appreciate your friends. Hope this helps!!❤️❤️

★★★★★ I've been using this for 5 months and absolutely love it. From the sweet daily affirmations, to the sharing hugs or positive things with Finch friends, to the guided breathing exercises. I use many features on a day-to-day basis. American centric - some of the books etc. are very American. Even the raffle says "dollars" a month. I wish when adventuring my Finch didn't carry a huge red bag but something more aesthetically appealing. Other than that it is great.

★★☆☆☆ I tried the 7-day free trial, canceled it a day ago. Today I was charged the full price after I canceled my tree trial ugh

★★☆☆☆ 5/9/25: updates daily. 4/22/24: more constant updates! Reduced star. 3/28/24: Used Finch since 8/23 in search for mental health/anxiety care. Learned few techniques & after finding better apps, only using free version. Cute birb, tasks keep on track for day. App updates OFTEN, up to 5 days/week. Soundscapes unreliable, shut off regularly, long before time. It's a good starting point on your quest for MH/anxiety help. Finch is nowhere near the best free or paid app, but a decent start.

★★☆☆☆ The developers are liars. They increased prices of + to hire a licensed mental health professional and never did. They invented idiotic metrics to deem journeys a failure, so they could force users onto self-care areas bs. They OUTRIGHT LIED about keeping journeys to keep stealing from the people who pay for this app for that feature. The developers are lying scammers, and they hide by their uwu small team excuse for everything.
