So it's been like a few weeks since my wife bought us both a set of wallets that had these tracking devices inside of them so since then which I guess it was a few weeks I've lost my wallet how about I say at least 10 times. So I guess I'll just say that if you lose it 10 times, and you got to find at least nine right obviously it works, so you can take it how you want, but I recommend it.

From the other comments, I would say most folks don't understand that the device doesn't update its location constantly. It checks location periodically and then shows offline until the next update. What it shows you its location on the last update, seems to be roughly 10 minutes or so. It IS likely working even if it shows offline, just check the last interval, and you'll likely see that the last update was minutes ago. One star off for the documentation now explaining that properly.

The map never comes up. I update software on the tracker. The bell works when I click find tracker, but it never shows the location of it

I HAD High hopes smh.... I love my code 118 wallet an all accessories I've purchased up to this point then I was extremely let down with this tracker card. Disconnects every time I leave the app even if I leave it running in background. It will NOT let me log in using my Google account. The tracker constantly needs to be reconnected to phone or app. Really wish it worked with Google find hub or samsung SmartThings. Also says error when trying to bind to phone number.
