READ MANUAL! DO NOT "Pair" it to your phone first! No, I didn't, but maybe that's the 1-Star Reviews. :-) Anyway, use the app to Pair it. The first time went really quick! The second unit (4 pack) took a couple of tries, but it did work. Just make sure to hold it within 4 inches and remember that just your phone alone may be more than 4 inches. I had to hold it near the bottom of my phone.

With no positive reviews since update, here is my app experience with Nu tale Find things 4 pack Christmas trackers. I have owned about 7+ various Tile trackers, with 5 currently in use. So far these work about the same distance/sound as a 2020 Tile sticker but bigger and with replaceable battery & keychain. I just got them and will update as I use them more. All Bluetooth trackers have limitations and work best for ppl who tend to lose things in their home like under papers, or in couch cushions.

Should be louder, but setup is fairly easy once you get the app up and running. Don't like the wording of the app sign up. Could use a real professional tech writer. We'll see once I've had it for I have had it for a while.

The worst crappiest useless device. When I needed to locate my keys it said it was offline. Not worth the trouble or the money. If I could give minus I'd give it minus 10. Don't waste your money. Not worth it

Update 20220427: This product has lately become more unreliable as to whether or not it will work - yesterday was an epic fail in finding my lost phone. Not one of 3 fobs would find it. So am I supposed to use Not app or Find thing now? You sold your product around the end of last year stating Find thing. Also, one of my newer fobs quit working and a new battery did not fix it.
