With no positive reviews since update, here is my app experience with Nu tale Find things 4 pack Christmas trackers. I have owned about 7+ various Tile trackers, with 5 currently in use. So far these work about the same distance/sound as a 2020 Tile sticker but bigger and with replaceable battery & keychain. I just got them and will update as I use them more. All Bluetooth trackers have limitations and work best for ppl who tend to lose things in their home like under papers, or in couch cushions.

READ MANUAL! DO NOT "Pair" it to your phone first! No, I didn't, but maybe that's the 1-Star Reviews. :-) Anyway, use the app to Pair it. The first time went really quick! The second unit (4 pack) took a couple of tries, but it did work. Just make sure to hold it within 4 inches and remember that just your phone alone may be more than 4 inches. I had to hold it near the bottom of my phone.

It only works if they are near the phone. My key in my car shows offline when I'm in the house and when the kids leave the house they show offline.

I updated from the "nut" app to Find thing, because the nut app is no longer supported. I have a few issues: - there is no longer a permanent notification showing status, such as "all devices online" or "Keys missing" etc. - There is no option to configure the alerting settings for each device (i.e. to make alerting sound on phone when device loses connectivity and vice versa). In the previous nut app, these were two simple toggle switches. If these issues was resolved, then it would be 5 stars. At the moment, it's far worse than what I had before.

My tracker says offline. My son lost our house key at some point this past friday. It says Distance:<100 when home. I went to the store and the distance change to km, which in miles was distance from the store I was at to our house. No location history, so not sure. I emailed customer support and got no response. I can't beep the tracker, no option for that. It isn't sold on Amazon any more so trying to find help there from other users is a no-go. The tracker and app appear pointless. Frustrated!
