★★★★★ One of the best mobile banking app, although you need to give the possibility to switch languages (at least the most common ones) and not stick to the device language settings.

★★☆☆☆ The app works well, is responsive and seems to implement plenty of functionalities. I am rating it 2/5 because I do not know why on earth the app is in English by default with no clear way to switch it to Italian. Given that I am using it in Italy with plenty of Italian banking lingo, having it in English is really annoying! I tried to contact the support, but I got no answer, which I believe is extremely unprofessional, we are not talking about a gaming app.

★★☆☆☆ The only action that can be done here is local bank transfers. Any other activity must be activated from the website and still done there. This is the first of the many limitations. Much product improvement should be done, which also include improving customer service! Useless when you are overseas.
