Similarly, the additional hurdles to be cleared en route for a first time user can be a bit frustrating, though understandable. However, the support from Fine co, when needed, has been faultless. This is a great tool for achieving increasing levels of success with just a modicum of tenacity. I can see why this platform is recommended for beginners and experts alike.

★★☆☆☆ My card was faulty (broken chip) and they want to charge me over £9.00 for a replacement. Chase and Monzo use Mastercard exchange rate which is better than the £ to € Fine co exchange rate. The app is not even remotely intuitive.

★★☆☆☆ It's a good bank, but the online experience needs to catch up with current fintech trends.... Currently, it's quite chaotic and lacks several features that summarize views (e.g. spending summaries by category). It would be nice to have virtual cards and saving spaces separated from the main account.
