FinishIt: To-Do & Reminders

Most to-do apps let you create a task, get one notification, then forget it ever existed. FinishIt doesn't.

FinishIt keeps reminding you about unfinished work until you actually complete it, or tell it to stop. No more tasks quietly dying in a list you never open again.

WHY FINISHIT IS DIFFERENT

Choose How Your Reminders Talk to You
FinishIt is the only task app that lets you pick the tone of your reminders. Choose Motivational for encouragement, Professional for a neutral nudge, Pressure when you need a harder push, or Silent if you just want the notification without the noise. Your reminders, your style.

Reminders That Actually Follow Up
A single notification isn't enough to change behavior. Every mission in FinishIt keeps reminding you at intervals based on its priority, until you complete it or dismiss it yourself. Nothing disappears just because you missed one alert.

- Standard Priority: everyday tasks, reminders every 10 to 20 hours
- High Priority: important work, reminders every 4 to 8 hours
- Fully customizable intervals from Settings

Built for Consistency, Not Just Task Lists
Real productivity comes from showing up daily, not from a longer list. FinishIt tracks your streaks, rewards real milestones with an achievement system, and gives you a Featured Daily Mission so you always know exactly what to focus on next.

Understand Your Own Productivity
A built-in analytics dashboard shows you patterns most task apps never surface:

- Monthly completion rate
- Current streak
- Active vs. completed missions
- Average completion time
- Fastest completed mission
- Weekly activity graph
- Priority performance
- Notification style usage
- Overall mission health

HOW IT WORKS

Creating a mission takes seconds. Write a short brief, pick a priority, choose your reminder style, optionally set a deadline, and you're done. No forms, no setup friction.

When you finish something, you tap and hold to complete it. It's a small, deliberate action that protects your progress from accidental taps and makes completion feel like it actually counts.

PRIVACY FIRST. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS

FinishIt works fully offline for its core features and never requires an account. Your missions, streaks, achievements, history, and analytics are stored locally on your device, not on a server.

Need a safety net? FinishIt supports encrypted local backup and restore, secured with your own key, so you can move your data or recover it whenever you need to.
