I started my PSX journey with Trade just because that was the only name I knew provided smooth digital onboarding. However, once I started using their app I realized their data was not always live. The UI was cluttered and the organization didn't make sense. Then I saw screenshots of this app on FIRE Pakistan Reddit and decided to give it a go. My onboarding on Finqalab was so smooth and the UI was so intuitive that I closed my Trade account. My only request is to add market depth.

Highly unreliable deposit system. I made a successful transfer of Rs. 2,468 from my Easypaisa but the app still shows a zero balance. Their customer support send interm reply and not solve the issue. Please look into this matter urgently.

Failed to send OTP, it's been almost a week, and I have not received OTP from NCCPL and the Finqalab support is not responding also.

Unfortunately, the management team is poorly skilled in comparison to the application. My account got Blocked by NCCPL Response - Finqalab to resolve discrepancy Finqalab response - Try to resolve in 2-3 days and will let you know the next date. Also, notification of account block is not Finqalab responsibility. They are unable to send a simple note to users. My question, Why account blockage happened? Why Finqalab didn't inform? Why took deposit in account? Why monthly charges?
