Failed to send OTP, it's been almost a week, and I have not received OTP from NCCPL and the Finqalab support is not responding also.

Poor Customer Service. I tried to contact customer service many times, but they don't respond at all. I had an issue with OTP, so I had to close my account. Not recommended.
