Very poor customer support and issue resolution. My account was restricted due to NCCPL non-compliance, which I cleared and immediately provided proof to Finqalab. It has now been 15 days, and I still cannot trade. I’ve raised multiple tickets, sent 3 emails, and called customer support several times, but neither they picked call nor proper response or resolution—only automated emails. For a trading platform, this level of customer service is extremely disappointing.

Unfortunately, the management team is poorly skilled in comparison to the application. My account got Blocked by NCCPL Response - Finqalab to resolve discrepancy Finqalab response - Try to resolve in 2-3 days and will let you know the next date. Also, notification of account block is not Finqalab responsibility. They are unable to send a simple note to users. My question, Why account blockage happened? Why Finqalab didn't inform? Why took deposit in account? Why monthly charges?
