Found Discrimination If you are using Sahih Hadith for one issue, then why using Weak hadith for other issue? It's the work of Sayyid Saabiq rahimahullaah, but what is the guarantee that everything he followed was right. Say it as fiqhus saabiq and not fiqhus sunnah. I'm disappointed that there are so many issues very clear in sahih hadees but you are using weak hadees to prove ur fiqh. May allah give u hidaayah.
