Excellent game. That brings back the feel of the classic close combat games I remembered on PC. the only issue I have is with the topography that interferes a lot with artillery pieces. For example, if I place artillery pieces on a hill according to the map. And use the line of site. It's always blocked by elements like trees and buildings that are placed below the hill. It would be great for that to be fixed. Also, if they could add some winter maps. Or even desert maps, or even campaigns👍🏼

Simple, realistic, slow-paced and peaceful until you get absolutely pinned and wrecked. Um... Arma meets Door kickers meets... uh... landsat. Patience and planning is recommended, and I don't have any... but this game exists for those that do.

I'm highly pissed with the game, bad updates and even for a 2d game its very unoptimized, purchased at a discount I know, but the price is still $14.50? -My goal is to reach a full refund-. I want my money back, and I couldn't refund the game after I was unsatisfied from the first place!... Other from that, the game holds a great amount of historical maps. Wait what? 10+ dollars for each campaign? Excuse me!?!?!? Please refund me ASAP I am highly pissed off and want a refund.

Fun game, but we need to be able to put down more units in custom games, and its very limiting when you try to play a custom game. I get they want you to plan out your budget for the game, but It's too low and it gets to a point where it's not fun i want to be able to habe large battles and large tank battles on these large maps but I can't habe fun because the budget is like 320 and the units are too expensive to have any fun

Firefight is a World War II real-time simulation game with more AI and attention to detail than any other game in its genre to date. Tanks are modelled with a physics engine and have gears, rev counters and speedos, and steer themselves with brake levers to give them realistic looking tracked vehicle movement. Each bullet, shell or piece of shrapnel is modelled in 3D and ricochets realistically off sloping surfaces. You can see each infantryman's rank, name, weapon, ammunition remaining, heart rate and fatigue levels. Machine gunners will call for ammunition when they're running low and other squad members will rush over with spare ammo if they are carrying any. Wounded men call for medics who will sprint over to administer first aid. Off-board artillery can be called in but will have to fire several ranging shots before the full 8 gun battery opens fire simultaneously.
