This is a great app. However, I thought it had a glitch as I can normally select the work that we want to do, and then I can select the PowerPoint/word/task description and access easily but now it doesn't let me select it the same way...that's because the app has changed in the last few days - so now when it doesn't seem like you can select the pp/word doc...look in the top right corner, and you will see a little i for information...click on i - you will then be able to select the pp/word doc/task

The latest upgrades to the app are really helpful. You've thought about the user (parents) and how we just need to see all the information in one screen without tapping around to find what is relevant. It's so much better now that everything is right there when you open the app. There are so many apps on my phone for the children's sports, school and bus etc. that this used to be a chore to use. I don't usually comment (or notice) app upgrades, but I'm grateful for what you've done 👍🏻

Used to work no problem, but since the last update. Neither myself nor my son can open it on our phones. Which defeats the object of the app really. Not good when the school rely on the app working, to set homework.

Following my previous poor review this app is now even worse. If either get a blanknpage or an invalid token error message on my daughters profile page. If I try signing out and back in again itbthen takes forever to update the many 100s of tasks before I can check again (just tobget the same issue). It is now half-term, the school have emailed to say reports are on firefly, and I have no way of viewing it because of this atrocious app that once worked perfectly. Doesn't even warrant 1 star.
