Had a firefly 2 for two and a half years now. This company has great customer service, though they are quite slow to produce accessories that some of us would like to buy. No worries. My qualm is that with the most recent update, I can't hit my firefly at all. All the batteries read dead no matter how long I charge.

I had to come to play store to live my review after I updated the firefly 2 app... I Love It!!! The difference is so high that I don't know where to start!!! I just enjoy it so much, it became my first vaporizer. I have a Mighty too and I have to say that before the firefly upgraded the app, the mighty was my first choice. There is no comparison between them two right now. I had some issues with the firefly 2 app, before the upgrade, and because of that I was almost never using it. Now is the best ever. Thank you for not making me feel like I was robbed of 300 pounds... :) 5 stars

Everything is great. Just learn how to use the thing. Firmware is so much better now than a year ago it's ridiculous. You can actually use a whole battery, and you have two! Perfect clean hits every time. Easy upkeep. Dry and concentrate. Seriously.

Asks to turn on Blu tooth everytime. Blu tooth is already on. Says turning on Blu tooth and just sits on that screen indefinitely. Tried turning Blu tooth on and off along with airplane mode on and off. Useless.

The Firefly vape is a terrible product. It's in such stark contrast to the reviews it makes me think all the main reviewers were paid off. It's got terrible battery, terrible build quality, and the company has terrible customer service. Avoid.
