The app itself is great. You have all the opening times, locations and details about all the museums all in one place. And it's so quick and easy to create the ticket. It is a bit annoying that you can't book for the academia or uffizi on the app/website, but that's a complaint with how firenzecard works, not the app.

If you plan to stay in Florence for at least two or three days and thinking
about visiting lots of museums and galleries definitely purchase Firenze
card. Easier access to places and no need to wait in long lines for tickets.

can't start tour without voucher number. You get no voucher number unless you buy online

Pointless app! I wish I hadn't bought the card, you need to make reservations with a number of the more popular ones, but you can't do this on the app or website (despite the museums selling reservations on their websites). You have to visit the museum or ring them. Utterly ridiculous, never experienced such idiocy anywhere else in Europe with a city card. Don't both buying it

Restart doesn't work. I'm doing everything right. I get a website message saying there was an error checking my card. No customer service at all. No email, phone, message that I can find. I am just out about €50 in fees I will have to pay.
