★★☆☆☆ Love the bank, especially the employees. Hate this new app. Just getting one's balance takes two extra steps, which was not easy to find at first (lower left click onto your name for drop up menu.) It's not intuitive nor efficient.

★★☆☆☆ Completely worthless. Being forced to transfer over to First Bank from Touchstone and I can't even log in on the app or online because it says it doesn't recognize my information. When I call I can't get anyone on the phone. Total clown show.
