Always have had an excellent customer service experience. No matter what issue I've had, they have always found a solution or an alternative. The customer service representatives are eager to help, and I would recommend this bank to anyone. The only negative to having this bank account is loading securilock equip app, and it's not compatible with certain phones/devices

won't log in correctly just gives me a loading icon I have to uninstall and reinstall just to use it 1 time

No good Since the new update it only loads when I log in maybe 10% of the time. Otherwise, it just sits on the loading screen. This is so annoying. I've been using this app since its inception, and this is the first time I've hated it.
