Our latest Digital Banking App update includes our new Mobile Thumb Bar which introduces streamlined navigation functionality, quick link action buttons, FDIC logo updates to be compliant with FDIC’s requirements, as well as Digital Banking performance enhancements, design enhancements and bug fixes. Once customers take the latest version, they may have to reset their biometrics (e.g. facial recognition, fingerprint, etc.).

Stay away from this bank. For the last month they have decided when I have access to the funds I deposited into my bank account. Do NOT start with that automated message. Ive called many times over the last several months with no help

I've been using First Citizens Bank for years and now in the middle of the night it wants to text me an access code even with my fingerprint. I don't have time for this, but I do have time to go pull all my money out and put it into one of my other bank accounts for citizens. And then it asks me do I want to register this device are you kidding me this is BS if I'm out I like to look and make sure when I use my card that it's the right charge, and now I have to get access codes!
