The check deposit doesn't work. You get to the portion to take a picture of the check and the app just blacks out the screen. Edit: I finally got the app to work with the camera, but it can't recognize the bordering of the check.and keeps cutting off the edges of the check. This should not be this difficult.

App is consistently down when I need to access my account, lots of technical issues that have not been fixed in months. Would not recommend.

This app is not good, especially after the recent update. I can no longer save my login info and have to re-login every time I close the app. It is also very slow to show charges or deposits in your account, which makes it almost impossible to verify the account through other banks. You also do not have the option to transfer money to other banks through the app--only your own FCCU accounts. Very laggy, and not good quality. I would not have this app if I didn't have an FCCU account.

Again having problems with internal accounts This happens so much lately & still cannot use my card app because of security reasons which has gone on longer than a week First Community Credit Union seems to be having too many problems I'm so frustrated with not being able to lock or unlock my card because of the security issue When is that suppose to be fixed
